- 14 years in IT services as project lead engineer — EDF, Renault, TF1, Carrefour.
- 10 years as an e-commerce founder — 22,000 SKUs, 6 countries, 65,000 sales.
- Since 2014: SEO consultant, then agency founder.
And at one point, I almost became the kind of provider I describe above. Everything depended on me.
In 2021, an ActionCoach coaching program (Brad Sugars method) reshaped how I work.
I recorded my own cluster production process — voice + screen. A team in Madagascar documented every step, every decision, every pattern.
