Hi-Commerce collects only the data you voluntarily provide via:
- Contact forms, study reservations, press kit requests: first name, last name, professional email, mobile phone, LinkedIn profile (optional), agency or media name, SEO context.
- Newsletter or study subscription: email address.
- Navigation: anonymized IP address, pages visited, session duration, traffic source — via Umami Analytics (GDPR-friendly, EU-hosted, cookieless).
3. Purposes of processing
Your data is used only for:
- Responding to your inquiries (contact, press kit delivery, study reservation).
- Scheduling a meeting (via Calendly) if you request one.
- Anonymous audience measurement to improve site content.
No data is used for advertising profiling or resold to third parties.
4. Legal basis
Processing is based on:
- Your explicit consent when submitting a form.
- Hi-Commerce’s legitimate interest in measuring anonymous site audience (GDPR art. 6.1.f).
5. Retention period
- Form data: kept for 3 years from last contact, then deleted.
- Analytics data (Umami): aggregated and anonymized, retained for 25 months max.
- Accounting data (invoices, quotes): retained for 10 years as required by French law.
6. Data recipients
Your data is never transmitted to any commercial third party. It may be processed by the following technical sub-processors, all located in the EU or with GDPR-compliant data transfer agreements:
- o2switch / Hetzner (web hosting, EU) — site and database technical storage.
- Resend / Google Workspace (transactional and professional email).
- Calendly (appointment scheduling) — US-based with GDPR-compliant transfer agreement.
- Umami Analytics (audience measurement, self-hosted EU instance).
7. Your rights
In accordance with the GDPR and the French Data Protection Act, you have the following rights at any time:
- Right of access to your personal data.
- Right to rectification in case of error or update.
- Right to erasure (« right to be forgotten »).
- Right to portability (export of your data in a readable format).

8. Cookies
The hi-commerce.fr website does not use any advertising tracking cookies. Only strictly necessary technical cookies (session, cart, security) may be set. Audience is measured via Umami without tracking cookies.

Hi-Commerce implements technical and organizational measures to protect your data against unauthorized access: HTTPS connection, strong authentication, encrypted backups, restricted access to authorized personnel only.
