What does the onboarding look like?
A 90-minute session: full review of your business (business model, team, tech stack, market, competition). We define success criteria, priority topics and the metrics to track. This session lays the foundation for the entire engagement.
What tools do you use for tracking?
Google Meet or Zoom for calls. Notion or Google Docs for meeting notes and decision tracking. Slack or email for async support. GA4 + Search Console for metrics. Ahrefs for competitive intelligence. Claude API for AI-powered analysis and synthesis.
Can I cancel before the commitment ends?
The minimum commitment is 6 months (Standard) or 12 months (Premium). This framework allows us to build a deep relationship and measure meaningful results. The decision guarantee at month 3 protects your investment.
